New Smyrna Beach Utilities offers flexible payment options, providing customers convenience in paying their utility bills. The online bill management platform, E-Access, allows customers to view their billing history and compare monthly usage, authorize automatic payments and select paperless billing. Explore options here.

Budget billing allows customers to stabilize monthly utility costs by paying the same amount each month. Payment amounts are calculated by averaging the customer’s last 12 utility bills. Customer accounts are reviewed on an annual basis and adjusted, if necessary. Enroll in budget billing here.

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists eligible low-income households with their heating and cooling energy costs, bill payment assistance, energy crisis assistance, weatherization and energy-related home repairs.
