We are excited to bring you a new, enhanced customer experience with our updated EAccess Portal! Coming in late November, this one centralized access portal will allow you to access all your account information including detailed consumption data and weather comparisons, and analyze and download data. You can grant guest access to a family member, make payments, and view and report outages in our Outage Management System. New smart forms will auto complete your address for start, stop, and transfer service, updating account information, and service requests. You can also watch personalized videos explaining your monthly bill and suggesting service such as budget billing and paperless bills.
